I’m ready to teach you
about your joint health
so you can move better
I believe that everyone should be able to live a functional and pain-free life.
As a physical therapist, I am asked the same questions: Why do I hurt and what do I do about it?
Lifestyle, repetitive strain, and a lack of understanding of how the body heals and reacts to inflammation or pain cause people to feel held back by their pain.

Commitment to yourself

I love that I get to work with people, teaching them what their bodies are capable of despite their injury, surgery, or diagnosis.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, helping people understand how their joints and muscles work together and function is my passion. Teaching people how to recognize what their bodies are telling them is key to lifelong strength and joint health.
It is a huge reason why I have stayed in the field for over 18 years.
I'm here for you!
Educating people about their joints. Teaching then how to move so they can live their life in the most functional way with the least amount of pain and the most amount of strength is my daily goal as a physical therapist.
I’m on a mission to help people understand that hurt doesn’t mean harm and to move better means you need to move more.
Let's get extra real for a second here...
