Hello! I'm Meghan.
If you’ve ever been told:
“Just stretch more”
“Just strengthen your core”
Or worse… “That’s just how your back is”
…and it didn’t actually help—you’re not alone.
And more importantly, you’re not stuck.
Why do I do this work?
As a physical therapist, I kept seeing the same pattern: People were trying to do the “right” things… but still felt stuck, tight, or in pain. Especially when it came to scoliosis and spine health.
They were given:
- conflicting advice
- no real plan at all
- or told there was nothing that could be done for them
So they either avoided movement… or pushed through it without direction.
And neither one works long-term.

Commitment to yourself
With scoliosis, your spine can feel stuck—but avoiding movement isn’t the answer. Learn to move with your spine. Movement builds strength, space, and control. Let’s get you moving.

Understanding the difference between pain and harm
What’s actually harmful for your spine vs. just a “bad” movement? Knowing the difference helps you protect your curves, build strength, and move with confidence.

I love helping people with scoliosis and back pain discover what their spines—and bodies—are truly capable of, despite their diagnosis, surgery, or flare-ups.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, my passion is showing people how their muscles and spine work together—and how small, intentional movements can make a big difference. Teaching you to listen to your body is the key to lifelong strength, spine health, and confidence in movement.
It’s also why I’ve been lucky to stay in this field for over 22 years.
I'm here for you!
My Approach
I combine:
- physical therapy
- scoliosis-specific strategies
- and yoga-based movement + breathing
To help you:
- understand your spine
- build strength where you actually need it
- improve mobility without overstretching
- and feel more confident in your body
This isn’t about perfect posture.
It’s about learning how to move in a way that works for you—
in workouts, in daily life, and in the moments that usually trigger discomfort.
Why Scoliosis + Spine Health
Over time, I found myself drawn more and more to spine care—especially scoliosis.
Because these clients are often:
Overlooked
Given generic advice
Or told nothing can really change
But that’s not what I see in practice.
With the right guidance, people can:
Move better
Feel stronger
Reduce pain
And build confidence in their bodies again
